Silencing the press
THE GAME'S OVER for the free press if Zuma gets his way, warns this cartoon by JERM (Jeremy Nell). It's interesting to note that the iconic megaphone which the cartoonist used last year to symbolise free speech has been upgraded to an even more iconic vuvuzela in this instance. Perhaps he figured more fire power was required to withstand the sustained attack on our freedom of expression by the Zuma government?
