Cell Phone and Data Stick users who have not yet complied with RICA (the Regulation of Interception of Communication Act) which makes it compulsory for everyone to register their SIM cards, will have their services suspended after the June 30 deadline, pending compliance.
Millions had not yet registered just weeks before the cut off date. This cartoon by Dr JACK & CURTIS appears in this week's City Press as the paper's resident cartoonist, MOTHOWAGAE, is on leave.
