A few months ago, Kim Jong-un was given new toys with which to play. Today, Shorty is still playing with his toys, but his toys are a lot bigger because he wants to prove that North Korea is a powerful and successful nation.

On Wednesday, when I drew yesterday’s cartoon of Kim Jong-un holding his rocket, I filmed most of the process. A few hours of work was subsequently compressed into a two-minute video, which means that, obviously, bits are missing.
