AFRICARTOONS has called upon our fellow africartoonists to follow the example set by RICO by defacing their facebook and africartoons.com avatars in protest against the ongoing threats to our artistic freedoms and the Freedom of Expression, most recently exemplified by the ruling party's response to Brett Murray's satire, 'The Spear'.
