NEWSWORTHY: If there was one thing the apartheid government was brilliant at, it was to keep its opponents in the news and firmly placed on the moral high ground. In this undated cartoon (dusted off and submitted to Africartoons.com on the occasion of Tutu's retirement almost 30 years later), NANDA SOOBBEN suggests that Pik and PW Botha deserve as much credit for Tutu's award as the Arch deserves.
