A silly story from the Eastern Cape. The only high court without a backup generator so , coupled with Mthatha's irregular power supply, the court roll just rolls further back. Much frustration, finger pointing and wastefulness all round. Just so EC - they're now finally investigating the cause of the blackout. No mention of just procuring a generator. I rest my case!
