JERM is amongst the youngest crop of South African editorial cartoonists. Born in 1979, he was 15 when South Africans stood in long winding queues which led to the New South Africa. And while he wasn't old enough to vote, he recalls the day that would liberate his future. This cartoon commemorates the occasion.
