Ticketing the taxpayer
TICKETING THE TAXPAYERS: All those empty seats at the opening match of the Soccer World Cup belonged no doubt to officials and bureaucrats who didn't dish out their own hard earned money to pay for them. Miles takes umbrage at the way taxpayer's money has been used to buy tickets for such undeserving public servants.
