PE's mayor Ben Fihla has lambasted the Herald for pointing out all the mismanagement and corruption in the municipality.
He ended by saying that he's "no lame duck".
Today's headline shows the results of the Pikoli report which tells of widespread corruption and mismanagement which he denied.
He's been sitting on the report for months prior to it's release.
