FIFA's White Elephants
With the 2010 Soccer World Cup now ended, Mark Wiggett raises the question of what to do with the wonderful stadiums that were built to host the events. Are we going to be able find a use for them all, or will they become White Elephants, unusable and unsuitable for a country without an International sporting event to host?
