ONE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GREAT MINDS THINKING ALIKE: Miles' concept sketch for a cartoon shows how similar his idea was to Jerm's. In both instances, the copy writing is courtesy of the president, who actually said (when justifying the proposed Media Appeals Tribunal) that "the media tend to go overboard at times". Sometimes politicians just gift ideas to cartoonists!
