POCKET MONEY: The Presidency has allocated R29million to the National Youth Development Agency (Nyda) for a conference to be held in Pretoria next month. Critics see it as a huge cash handout to the ANCYL in disguise, and say the money would be better spent teaching skills to unemployed youth.
