This undated Dov Fedler cartoon most likely preceded the 1995 Rugby World Cup, possibly also the dawn of democracy in South Africa in 1994 as far back as 1992 when the sports boycott against South Africa was gradually lifted as encouragement for the reforms that would ultimately usher in a coal democratic state.
