No 2020 Vision for the 2020 Bid
EVERY BID HELPS: MARK WIGGETT objects to a shakedown of ratepayers to pay for the 2020 Olympic Bid. If the bid is unsuccessful, it will be money wasted. If it is successful, the contractors will score and the ratepayers left with a legacy of debt to deal with. So; zero risk and potential fortunes for contractors, and zero hope of a return on investment for the ratepayers either way. Go figure.
