Police Violence Met with Counter-violence
"SHOOT TO KILL" works both ways. The number of police killed in the line of duty has increased significantly since last year. Already 36 police officials have been killed this year; an average of seven a month. JERM asks (in his comment alongside the cartoon) whether Police Commissioner Bheki Cele's "Shoot to Kill" policy isn't perhaps increasing the counter violence against his police force?
