Misjudgements of Judge Motata
POOR JUDGEMENT: The latest driving incident involving Pretoria court Judge Nkola Motata and a Jaguar he was driving involved a minor skirmish with a taxi in Johannesburg. There were no injuries and both drivers were said to be sober at the time. Judge Motata was previously in the news when, in 2009, a drunk wall crashed into his Jaguar and then began to racially abuse eyewitnesses.
