An Arm and a Leg
OVERTAXED: BRANDAN makes no bones about the fact that he thinks taxpayers are already over burdenned and cannot afford to pick up the tab for the proposed National Health Insurance (NHI). The fact that the ambitious scheme will cost an arm and a leg is one thing, but taxpayers only have one arm and leg left after their other contributions!
