Recently Africartoons featured two cartoons (by CHIP and DOV FEDLER) which appeared on the same day, where both used 'Zibi' the Ostrich in relation to the trashing of Cape Town by striking municipal workers. It's what we here at Africartoons have tagged as a GMTA moment (Great Minds Think Alike). Some are more coincidental than others, but on this occasion CHIP and JERM (see below) must have been tuned into the same Looney thoughts while coming up with their cartoons for today!
