Despite some expected damage in New York, Hurricane Irene turned out to be a bit of a storm in a teacup. In fact, by the time the headlining hurricane hit The Big Apple, it had been downgraded to a tropical storm.
Meanwhile, another devastating storm has been hitting the US, recently. And, with approval ratings at an all-time low, Barrack Obama’s decisions haven’t helped Americans fend off Hurricane IOU.

WINDSOCK: As the debt crisis builds up, President Obama is hit side on by devastating economic data and approval ratings that are nothing short of thunderous. In good news, the hurricane that was expected to incapacitate New York City petered out into a tropical storm.
