I used Google translate to directly translate Zuma's actual words into Chinese. Then, I took a screen shot of the translation (because my computer didn't have the Chinese font), and traced and copied the letters as you see them. I have no idea as to the accuracy of the translation. For all I know it might say: "I'll have two Big Macs to go, please".
