The Lame Duck and the Volcanic Orator
The closure of European skies due to volcanic ash has provided cartoonists with a fresh and interesting device to communicate other unrelated messages.
Many have used the opportunity to comment on the relationship between the President and his firey Youth League leader.
In this cartoon Brandan leaves little doubt as to whom he believes has the upper hand in the battle between the firebrand youth leader and the lame duck president.
