A report in our Saturday paper that, due to a severe shortage of funds, the provincial traffic authorities cannot afford overtime so that there is no policing of our roads between 10pm and 6 in the morning. Bit of luck for all those speedsters and drunk drivers out there. This is not only in the EC however, it affects all the provinces apart from the Republic of Zilleland.
