DR JACK'S famous "Lofty" cartoons have been entertaining sport loving readers of the Pretoria News twice a week for years. Here, for the first time, he makes an international appearance on Africartoons.com. Jack says that quite often the theme is so relevant to its Pretorian readership that it would be lost on other readers and that is why he hasn't sent Lofty to us in the past.
