The Red Location Museum in P.E. is an anti-apartheid museum placed in the middle of a poor township. The residents are complaining that they were not consulted and while the museum cost a fortune, they have been given sub-standard housing. They will not allow anyone to visit the museum until their demands are met. The place is now a costly white elephant.
