DON'T TALK AND DRIVE: Oprah has long campaigned against the use of cell phones while driving and now, more recently, the City of Cape Town has threatened to confiscate phones from offending drivers (besides other sanctions). But drivers continue to put their and others' lives in danger with this dangerous practice. MAMA TAXI's Mavis is amongst the guilty.
