"YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS", says the Advertising Industry and Media to Government who wants to regulate and even eliminate alcohol advertising (symbolised by the bottle). This cartoon by Jeremy Nell (JERM) was created for the front cover of The Media Magazine's April edition. It parodies the Castle Light TV advert starring MC Hammer.
