Speaking to Eyewitness News, Zapiro said he had to reflect the open-air toilet saga in both the Western Cape and the Free State.

“On one hand it was about people’s dignity and the lack of respect that many politicians have for people. On the other hand, it is the delivery issue – what has or has not been delivered,” he said.
