As you’ve probably already heard, bribery allegations were recently thrown at deputy president Kgalema Motlanthe’s partner. The Sunday Times reported that Gugu Mtshali solicited a R100-million bribe, from a local aviation company, in exchange for government support.

You know, the usual corruption stuff to which we’ve become accustomed.

In an interesting twist, Kgalema approached public protector Thuli Madonsela, asking her to investigate him and his partner. Hmm…
