Same Cloud, different country

Jeremy Nell alerted us to this cartoon by American cartoonist Benson as a timely reminder that problems with hate speech are not unique to our country. It's also interesting how similar this cartoon idea is to many that appear on this site by South African cartoonists - same cloud, different place.
