Scary Stuff. From a Daily Dispatch expose and investigation into EC public school hostels, bad food, no toilets, no running water, no security, no supervision, and worst of all in some instances, NO HOSTELS. Seems like the taxpayer has been paying for about 40 non existent hostels. The government is failing and along with them a generation of poor kids. This is despite an intervention by national education department.
